What’s done with your information

Vigilante Coaching, LLC uses the collected data for various purposes including, but not limited to, (1) maintaining and improving the Service, (2) to notify you about any changes related to Vigilante Coaching, LLC, (3) to provide customer support, (4) to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service, (5) to monitor the usage of our Service, (6) to detect, prevent and address technical issues.

Your collected information will be used in the process of managing appointments with you, advertising products or services, notifying you of new blog postings, sending out occasional newsletters, processing authorized payments for purchased services, and to enable us to properly administer our website and our business. We will never share or sell your personal information with others.

Vigilante Coaching, LLC has an online presence on several social media platforms. Your use of those platforms and any information you share with Vigilante Coaching using those platforms are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Appointments are scheduled and managed using Squarespace, Inc. Any information you provide during the scheduling process is subject to their privacy policy and terms of service.

Payments for products and services are managed using Stripe. Any information you provide during the payment process is subject to their privacy policy and terms of service.

Managing your information

If at any time you’d like to stop receiving emails from Vigilante Coaching, LLC or if you’d like any personal information of yours to be erased from Vigilante Coaching, LLC’s database, all you have to do is send an email to hello@vigilantecoaching.com to let us know.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you.

Data retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for seven years after they stop being customers.
